Our growth mindset environment encourages Hoopers to get out of their comfort zone, learn discipline through hard work, and learn how to challenge themselves and their teammates!

Youth Basketball League Divisions
Grades K-2
Learn rules of the game, how to play without traveling, and positions of the court. Emphasis on spacing, ball movement, cutting, protecting the ball, and finishing at the hoop. On defense Hoopers will learn proper close-out, protecting the paint, and not reaching in or fouling.
- Practice: Thursdays 6pm-7pm
- Games: Fridays 5pm
- Game Length: 30 minutes
Grades 3-4
Learn rules of the game, how to play without traveling, and positions of the court. Emphasis on spacing, ball movement, cutting, protecting the ball, and finishing at the hoop. On defense Hoopers will learn proper close-out, protecting the paint, and not reaching in or fouling.
- Practice: Wednesdays 6pm-7pm
- Games: Fridays 5:45pm
- Game Length: 32 minutes
Grades 5-6
Build upon similar details as younger division, and include basic offensive strategies of motion offense, pick and roll, and dribble penetration. On defense, Hoopers will learn how to force opponent to turn, help defense, man to man, and 2-3 zone concepts.
- Practice: Wednesdays 7pm-8pm
- Games: Fridays 6:30pm
- Game Length: 36 minutes
Grades 7-8
Build upon similar details as younger division, and include basic offensive strategies of motion offense, pick and roll, and dribble penetration. On defense, Hoopers will learn how to force opponent to turn, help defense, man to man, and 2-3 zone concepts.
- Practice: Wednesdays 8pm-9pm
- Games: Fridays 8:15pm
- Game Length: 36 minutes
