School’s out, but the FUN doesn’t stop with Bernal Fitness and Performance at our Winter Break Sports Camps! It’s like PE all day!! Campers will participate in structured activities, including sports, group games, relays, and fun competitions! Each day will bring new challenges, games, and sports. We’ll learn sport specific skills and then utilize them to play games, increasing confidence, building athleticism, and enjoyment of the game! Join us for Tucson’s best Sports Camps!

Winter Break Sports Camp Details
Camp begins daily at 9am and we’ll start our daily programming around 9:20am. Each day will begin with a fun energizer (warmup) to get the blood pumping, raise the body temperature, and increase mobility. Then we’ll move on to the skills & drills. Throughout the day, we’ll break into groups (based on skill level) and run through rotations of skills & drills, games, and competitions.
Between rotations we take plenty of breaks to grab a quick drink or snack. Depending on how much fun we’re having, lunch is scheduled around 11:30am. (Please keep in mind daily schedules may change as necessary.) During breaks and lunch, all activities will stop to give our bodies a break while we hydrate, replenish and hang out with friends. Then its back to the fun!
Before you know it, 2pm will roll around marking the official end of the program!

Available until 4pm at $15/day & $40 for all 3 days.
Lunch
LUNCH NOT PROVIDED. Campers are responsible for providing their own lunch, and plenty of snacks and water. Sporting Chance Center’s Café open all day. See their menu for food choices and more details.
